Architecture
A Country House
Surrey
2025
SCOPE
Concept architecture, interiors, landscape coordination and furniture specification
A low-slung Mediterranean home formed around shade, stone and long views across the landscape.
Architecture grounded in climate and place
The brief for this family home in Surrey was to retain its traditional character while creating a light and airy atmosphere.
We selected traditional designs for the bespoke upholstery and introduced a palette of blues and greens throughout much of the house. Natural light flows through the interiors, while the colours create a connection with the surrounding landscape.
Above all, this is a family home. Understated and comfortable, it has been designed to be lived in and to become even more beautiful with time.
